Carlton.

What can B said about Carlton.?

An accomplished singer boasting a powerful 4 octave vocal range, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, humanitarian, activist - Carlton. does it all. A student and lover of pop, new wave, R&B, electronic and rock, Carlton. has developed a unique style of his own from a very early age. Immersed in the teen pop craze of the late 1990s, Carlton. began his musical journey in 1999 singing and writing pop music.

Over the next few years of his life, he expanded out 2 start incorporating rock and urban influences in his work. In 2002, through Japanese videogames and anime, Carlton. discovered electronic music, which began his lifelong passion 4 electronic music. "Demo Song (Fremont Music)," produced and recorded with his best friend Terry Yu, became his first song 2 showcase all the key elements that make his later music so unique - an electronic soundscape, slamming dance beats, and soaring vocals.

However, after "Demo Song (Fremont Music)," Carlton. began experimenting with harder electronic genres such as hard techno, eurobeat, gabber and ethereal darkwave, abandoning his vocal dance pop roots 4 an edgier, more instrumental-driven underground rave sound. Between 2004 and 2011, Carlton. released five albums worth of experimental music before he decided 2 venture back into pop in 2012.

"Fall" - his collaboration with house music producer and DJ, Air3s, in 2012 brought back the strong element of pop music that Carlton. had in his early work, and showcased his strong vocals in full glory. Searching 2 begin a new chapter in 2013, Carlton. released the retrospective compilation "Re-Obsessed" which documented the last seven years of artistic achievement as an experimental producer.

In 2013, Carlton. put out his first pop album "Before & After," which was his official return 2 the pop sounds he crafted early into his musicianship. 2014 saw the release of his second pop album, the new wave and rock influenced "The Wire." He released his third pop album "Supernature" in 2015, expanding off of the sounds that his previous pop albums explored. Taking a year off 2 craft a new sound, Carlton. is working on his follow up 2 "Supernature," which should B due out sometime in 2017.

While working on his new album album, Carlton. is planning on releasing his second compilation, "The Essential 12" Masters" which contains the standalone singles released in 2016 as well as club remixes of previous singles.
